Shipping Policy
TANK TOGETHER (PTE. LTD.) ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.tanktogether.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. Made-to-Order Notice
As some of our items are made or assembled individually, please note that a wait time may be required before your order is ready to ship. If there is any significant delay, we’ll reach out to let you know and check if you’d prefer to wait or request a refund — no pressure, and totally up to you. We appreciate your patience and support as we craft each item with care!
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The shipping cost is collected together with your purchase, and the amount shown at checkout will be the final shipping price — no hidden charges.
3. Returns & Refund Policy
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
We’re happy to accept returns if you’ve had a change of mind — just reach out within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original packaging
- Unused and in resellable condition
Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense, and you’ll need to arrange and send the item back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund for the item’s value and notify you via email.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We stand by our products and will gladly honor any valid warranty claims made within 90 days of receiving your order.
Customers will need to pay for the return shipping which we’ll not reimburse the cost.
Once we receive the item, we aim to process all warranty claims within 7 business days.
If your claim is approved, you can choose one of the following:
- A refund to your original payment method
- A replacement item (subject to availability)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
For local (Singapore) orders, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch.
4.2 International Transit Time
International orders generally take 4–22 business days to arrive. Transit times may vary depending on the destination country and courier service selected at checkout.
A more accurate estimate will be shown when you select your preferred shipping method during checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that during periods of high order volume or when items are made-to-order, additional processing time may be needed. We’ll keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before your order has been dispatched. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes made in time.
4.5 Restricted Shipping
We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a standard residential or commercial address at checkout.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to follow your shipment in real time based on the latest updates provided by the courier.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you reject the delivery and notify our customer service team immediately.
If the parcel is delivered while you're away and arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you with the next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is already included in the product prices listed on our website — no additional charges will be applied at checkout for domestic orders.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by location and are the buyer’s responsibility.
8. Cancellations
Changed your mind? No worries — cancellations are accepted any time before your order has been dispatched.

9. Insurance
All parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the declared value provided by the courier.
9.1 Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel is damaged during delivery, we will arrange a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation and approves the claim.
9.2 Parcels Lost in Transit
In the event of a lost shipment, we will proceed with a refund or replacement after the courier has completed their investigation and officially confirms the parcel is lost.
